Arvind Mohan Group Chief Strategy Officer, Rediffusion Y&R
Arvind is responsible for establishing a “way of seeing” for the entire Rediffusion group, part of the leadership team that is creating the systems, processes and culture that define the identity of the group, driving the “thinking” on all our major businesses across all group companies, leading new business initiatives, raising the “intellectual temperature” of the organization. Earlier he was one of the three members who launched Futurebrands in India. “Future brands” is a brand asset management company. Essentially a consulting company set up as one of the verticals of the Future group with the express purpose of helping grow their brands and thereby multiply their valuations, and to also offer brand consulting services to other brands. Prior to Future Group, he was V.P – Strategic Planning Director at Mc Cann Erickson. He was responsible for the strategic planning function at the Delhi office and for driving initiatives in brand consulting through an in house division called Lighthouse Consulting. Reckitt Benkiser, Coca Cola, Nestle, Perfetti Van Melle, General Motors, LG, Adidas, Dabur, Reebok, Virgin, Monster.com, Bacardi, LG, Microsoft, MasterCard, X Box etc were some of the brands that he was actively involved.
Rahul Razdan President - Products and Operations, Ibibo Web (P) Ltd
Rahul is responsible for reinforcing relationships and conversations between users of the ibibo social network through the paradigm of games - answering the entertainment needs of users and using games as a glue to connect people within the social network. His team has been working on rolling out social role playing games with local content, live multi-player games, and also rich-experience client based multi-player games. Rahul has thirteen years of diverse experience in various media comprising television, Internet, interactive media, and documentary films. Before joining ibibo.com, Rahul has worked with best of the breed organizations like Sony Entertainment Television, Cyber Media, and Satyam Computers. He is a professionally trained architect, having done his B. Arch. (Architecture) from the School of Planning And Architecture, New Delhi. He has also done an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM, Indore).
Krishna Prasad, Director, Dentsu Digital
Krishna Prasad (KP) leads Dentsu India's Digital division Dentsu Digital. Prior to this, KP was with MSN India as executive producer until October 2009. Prasad has about 16 years of work experience, of which seven were spent at MSN India. As executive producer of MSN, he used to head the content team and was mainly responsible for creating content strategies and alliances to drive Internet users to MSN India network websites. He was also part of the team that launched MSN Search and MSN Video in India. Prior to MSN, Prasad has worked with companies such as Microland Group, where he was head of production at Indya.com, which was later acquired by News Corporation.
Rama Sadasivan Director - Digital Business, Dow Jones India
Rama is the Digital Business Head for The Wall Street Journal Digital, India. In this role, he is responsible for the commercial success of Dow Jones’ digital activities in India. Mr. Sadasivan has over 12 years of digital media experience, including eight years with Dow Jones in New York in a number of roles. Mr. Sadasivan joined The Wall Street Journal in 2001, and most recently he was the Business Development Director for new products. Mr. Sadasivan moved to India in Aug 2009 for his current assignment. Born in Mumbai, Mr. Sadasivan has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
THOMAS CLAYTON President & CEO
Tom has started, run and worked for numerous high-tech companies. Prior to running Bubble Motion, Tom was GM of the Worldwide Telecom Business at BEA Systems, an infrastructure software company acquired by Oracle for $8.5B. Before BEA, Tom helped start five different companies. At his most recent startup, Bang Networks, another Sequoia Capital and Goldman Sachs backed networking software company, he helped build out the business development and salesforce organizations. Tom's other startups ranged from an ecommerce-focused systems integrator to a high-end audio manufacturer. He also worked as an economic policy consultant to The White House, where he drafted the U.S. High-Tech and Telecommunications Economic Stimulus Policy for building out nationwide ubiquitous broadband access. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BS degree from UC Berkeley. Prior to Tom's professional career, he was a boxer and won the Bronze Medal at the U.S. National Championships.

Rajiv is the Founder and CEO of WATMedia, the parent company of WATBlog. Rahul is also the Chief Blogger at WATBlog and has been the driving force of the WAT Evolution. Satya Kalyan Yerramsetti is the Founder and CEO of SMSCountry Networks which owns & operates the popular free SMS website 160by2.com. Satya is a serial entrepreneur. During the Dotcom days, he started an online examination portal, A2Zexams, the first of its kind at that time. He then managed the Indian Operations of a UK based calling card company, Ekspertek. Harish is a recognized thought leader in the international telecommunications sector and has over 15 years of industry and operating experience in both India and the U.S. Prior to joining Canaan, Harish spent 12 years in the U.S. in various engineering, product marketing and business development roles and has spent the past few years guiding the strategic development of next-generation services at some the world's largest mobile companies. Rahul is a co-founder of Helion and has 13 years of venture capital investing and corporate development experience in technology product and services companies in India and the US. Between 2000 and 2006, Rahul was based in Silicon Valley as part of the investment team at Walden International, a global venture capital firm with more than $2B under management. Mahesh Murthy is a serial entrepreneur and has worked with Grey in India and Ogilvy in Hong Kong in the past, where he won notoriety and awards as a creative director on HP, The Economist, Pepsi and MTV. He then moved to a Silicon Valley firm, CKS Partners (later, USWeb/CKS) as Creative Director, GM and Partner – where he helped launch the first commercial version of Yahoo in 1995 and the Earth’s Biggest Bookstore campaign for Amazon.com in 1997.
